Using the figures on this site
You may use the figures (diagram and table images) in lazy-lazy articles for free, including commercially — in classes, school handouts, blogs, social media or company websites — as long as you follow these conditions. You do not need to ask us first.
- Credit us: next to the figure, give the site name and a link to the article the figure comes from.
- Say if you changed it: if you crop, translate or recolour a figure, add “(modified)”. Please do not change the numbers and present it as our figure.
- Do not sell the figure itself: you may not sell a figure on its own, or include it in paid stock collections or paid teaching packs. Publishing an article or document that contains the figure on an ad-supported or paid service is fine.

Figures show the figures as of the check date given in each article. Rules and amounts change, so check the article’s date and its official sources before you use one. We are not responsible for any loss caused by using a figure incorrectly.
Photos, featured images and article text are not covered by these terms. When quoting text, follow the usual rules on quotation: credit the source and quote only what you need.
Some icons in our figures are Google Material Symbols (Apache License 2.0).
